To this day, it is at Palazzo Quaranta that the passion and commitment to catering are carried on and strengthened, while the dear Molino Vecchio remains the preferred location for large events, including private ones, weddings, corporate dinners and lunches, and, of course, for holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, and Ferragosto.
OUR PRESENT
In 1985, the Malggi-Bertoletti family decided to expand their business by purchasing a historic late eighteenth-century residence overlooking the scenic square of Isola Dovarese. After three years of careful restoration and renovation, carried out between 2006 and 2009, "Palazzo Quaranta" was inaugurated, a new and welcoming hotel-restaurant, in whose frescoed rooms the timeless charm of its long history can still be felt.
In addition to being a welcoming hotel, with a low environmental impact thanks to the recent introduction of solar panels and heat pumps for air conditioning, Palazzo Quaranta stands out as an excellence in local cuisine, from the preparation of dishes to the processing of raw materials that have characterized the culinary style of Molino Vecchio, and which today, through the hard work of the skilled Chef Maurizio and his staff, continue to delight even the most refined and demanding palates.
